Ainitech Limited was incorporated in Hong Kong in 2018. It manages Enhanced Supplementary Labour Scheme (ESLS) worker dormitories for employers and provides related administrative and consulting services.

Ainitech Limited handles the full lifecycle of imported-worker accommodation for Hong Kong employers — site selection, fit-out and furnishing, compliance documentation, and long-term maintenance and inspection readiness after move-in.
We manage 50+ dormitory units in 28 districts across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories, so a location can be matched to where your workers are based. Every dormitory is set up to the Labour Department’s current ESLS requirements and self-audited on a regular cycle.
Employers tell us the headcount and the workplace; we handle the rest.
Group structure
Two companies, separately registered
Ainitech Limited and Angels Caregiver Limited 天使護理僱傭有限公司 are commonly owned group members — separate registered companies with no shareholding relationship between them. Worker recruitment and ESLS applications are carried out by Angels Caregiver Limited, which holds Employment Agency Licence 67130. Accommodation management is carried out by Ainitech Limited.
